We make every effort to have your order shipped out the same day as it was placed for all in stock items. If your order comes in after business hours your package will be shipped the following day, excluding Sundays and holidays. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. 

At AC (Aloha Collectives) we charge by weight. Our packages ship priority starting at $9.95 Exact shipping will be charged. If you need your order expedited please contact us directly. Bulk orders do have the choice of an upgrade shipping fee. During the summer months we will only be shipping candles and wax melts Mondays & Tuesdays with priority mail to avoid the package sitting over the weekend in the heat. 

Please include the correct shipping address upon checkout. We are not responsible for an incorrect shipping address being entered. If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect shipping address, there will be a $10.00 re-shipping fee to resend the package to you.
