REFUND POLICY
There are NO refunds. All sales are final, except in the following instances:
Damaged Product:
Aloha Collectives will exchange product that has been damaged during the shipping process only when these steps have been followed
1) You must file a claim with the shipping carrier. All packages are insured. Please email us if assistance is needed.
2) Window for exchange closes 36 hours after your order has been delivered. This excludes weekends and holidays. You must contact us immediately by email! Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product. We will need photos of your damaged items so please do not throw anything away before contacting us!
3) If asked, you must be willing to ship back the damaged product. We will cover shipping.
Wring order/missing products:
Please inspect your shipment immediately. If you notice that you have the wrong order or are missing items, please take the following steps:
Wrong Items:
1) Window for exchange closes 36 hours after your order has been delivered. This excludes weekends and holidays. You must contact us immediately by email!
2) Products must be unused and in good condition. Please include pictures in your email, we will not be able to exchange or replace without them.
3) You must be willing to send product back, if asked. We ill cover the shipping cost
Missing Items:
If you come across missing items in your package please email us immediately with your order number and photos of what you received. Once we determine if your package was missing those items we’ll get them shipped out promptly. Please note, due to the nature of our products we only keep some inventory. If we don’t have your missing product in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days you will have the option to wait, choose something of equal or lesser value, or in this case only; be issued a refund.
Aloha Collectives has the right to deny any return. Due to the high heat index it's you responsibly to track your package with the tracking number provided to you. We will not be responsible for candles and wax melts sitting in high temps for a long period of time.
