We drop new items every week. Pre order, orders are placed at the end of each week. This allows all shoppers the opportunity to shop all week. Due to short staff at the ports and throughout the country our pre orders can take 30-45 days to be fulfilled from some vendors. There are no refunds on pre orders at this time due to shipping delays coming into the ports from our vendors.
if you shop pre orders AND in stock items your order will be shipped once ALL items are available. If you don’t want to wait, contact us for an expedited shipping option for in stock items.
